The Chalet

Chalet Reymond is a comfortable and well laid out chalet with a good amount of shared space. There is a 30m lounge with plenty of seating and a fireplace. Panoramic windows with views up to the Grande Motte and Val Claret. There is a terrace outside for sunny afternoons which has furniture for outside dining in the summer .

The kitchen diner is well equipped . Everyone can fit around the extending table and there are stunning views over the private lake and over Tignes le lac.

Sleeping areas are as follows and can be adapted to suit your specific needs.

Room 1 on the entrance level has 2 x 90cm which can be configured to a 180cm bed and can take a cot at a push. It has a shared balcony with the diner and views over the private lake and golf course.The Shower room and WC are located next to the bedroom in hall

Room 2 is on the 1st floor and has 2 x 90cm beds which can be made into a 180cm. There is storage , space for a cot and views over the Grande Motte.

Room 3 is a large room located on the 1st floor. It has 3 90cm beds and plenty of space for a cit or even 2. It has storage and a view over the gold course / Tignes le Lac

Room 4 Is the smallest room under the eaves and has 2 90cm beds. They are best left as they are. There are 2 small windows.

Also on the 1st floor is a shared bathroom with shower, wc and basin. Of course you can always use the facilities on the ground floor.

What’s included

We hope to have created a home from home feeling , so you will find all of the following in the chalet.

1 large fridge freezers, inductions hobs, oven, microwave, Stem blender, Nespresso machine, kettle, cafetiere with filters , raclette & fondue machines , herbs, spices and oils . Plenty of storage cutlery, glassware, crockery and serving items.

Basic cleaning products bin bags, loo rolls etc, firewood and kindling, tea Towels

Quality feather bedding with 100% cotton linen. Towels, hand towels and bathmats ( allergy free options available) Hairdryers in all bathrooms.

Baby cots and linen, highchairs, gates, cutlery, boosters seats, toys, change mat , bath , monitor

Kids toys games books puzzles and sledges.

Safety equipment such as smoke detetectors throughout C02 larm , fire blanket and Extingusihers

Washing machine and Clothes airer

Bbq and garden furniture in the summer

Heated boot warmers, so locker and exterior bike racks.

Other things to note

The commune clear the access from the road to the chalet and occasionally in very stormy or snowy weather, the access is blocked whilst we wait our turn. In this case you may need to move your car to public parking to allow you to get in / out easily and to allow the drive to be cleared. In all cases you will need snow tyres and possibly snow chains to enter / exit. There is space for 2 cars.

There is a concierge apartment under the chalet, normally you will not hear or see very much of the concierge unless you need something or you see them clearing the path to the chalet or the terrace from snow. Occasionally they may be able to provide catering or services, we will confirm this closer to the time.

During the winter, July and August we run Sunday / Sunday reservations in order to avoid the busy roads and get cheaper transfers. In January andlow season we are very flexible on arrival /departure days and duration. Minimum 2 nights.

Please be aware that there is an unguarded / unfenced lake immediately to the rear of the property, Children must be supervised at all times at the rear of the property.

We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have, send you lists of equipment and photos, and even help you plan your holiday from lift passes, equipment and lessons. Please see our useful links pages as well.

We sometimes accept pets in this property, please talk to us directly about your circumstances.Please bring slippers or indoor shoes with you , especially in winter.

We charge a €100 fee per reservation which covers the preparation and sanitation of the chalet. It also covers the deep clean at the end of your stay. It takes us around 5 hours to change the chalet over, so we ask that you follow our check out guide to avoid additional cleaning fees ( charged at €25 per hour ).

There is a €80 fee per reservation for the linen rental which includes bed linen and towels and the beds made on arrival.

Refundable damage deposit of €1000 payable on arrival by cash, credit card or credit card pre authorisation. Returned on day of check out
