Chalet du Pré, Seez

The Chalet

There is space to park 2 cars outside the chalet and there is a large garage which is perfect for bike storage . Heated boot warmers and a utility room with a washing machine are all in the lower area.

You can enter the 1st floor internally or via the external stairway, there you will find a fully equipped modern kitchen with 2 full sized ovens as well as plenty of other appliances. The lounge / diner has a comfy corner sofas and a stove with free wood and kindling supplied. The lounge has stunning views down the valley to Bourg saint Maurice.

Bedrooms are configured as follows:

Room 1 is located on the 1 st floor and has 2 x 90cm beds

Room 2 is located on the 1st floor it has a double bed

There is also a modern shower room and a WC located off the lounge.

Wooden stairs lead to the 2nd floor where there is a large area with sofa bed , piano , smart TV with Wii games console as well as a games chest . There is also a bathroom which has a shower, sink and WC . Hairdryers are provided.

Room 3 has a double bed

Room 4 has twin beds

Room 5 has a double bed

What’s included

We hope to have created a home from home feeling , so you will find all of the following in the chalet.

1 large American fridge freezers, gas hobs, 2 ovens, microwave, Stem blender, Nespresso machine, kettle, cafetiere with filters , raclette & fondue machines ,

 Plenty of storage cutlery, glassware, crockery and serving items.

Basic cleaning products bin bags, loo rolls etc, firewood and kindling, tea Towels 

Quality  bedding with 100% cotton linen. Towels, hand towels and  bathmats Hairdryers in all bathrooms.

Baby cots and linen, highchairs, gates, cutlery, boosters seats, 

Kids toys games books puzzles and sledges.

Safety equipment such as smoke detetectors throughout C02 larm , fire blanket and Extingusihers 

Washing machine and Clothes airer

Bbq and garden furniture in the summer 

Heated boot warmers, so locker and plenty of inside garage space for bikes.

Other things to note

Whilst the chalet is located within easy distance of some of France best known ski resorts, it is not located in a ski resort. You will need a car, or will need to plan ahead to ensure that you arrange delivery of equipment , provisions etc.

The Changeover day for this Chalet is a Saturday. In low season we offer flexible breaks and weekends with a 2 night minimum.

Please bring indoor shoes or slippers with you, especially in winter.

We charge a €100 fee per reservation which covers the preparation and sanitation of the chalet. It also covers the deep clean at the end of your stay. It takes us around 6 hours to change the chalet over, so we ask that you follow our check out guide to avoid additional cleaning fees ( charged at €25 per hour ).

There is a €80 fee per reservation for the linen rental which includes bed linen and towels and the beds made on arrival.

Refundable damage deposit of €1000 payable on arrival by cash, credit card or credit card pre authorisation. Returned on day of check out
